Innovation Ecosystems: A Three-Part Learning Journey

This three-course series offers a practical, structured introduction to innovation ecosystems—perfect for students who are curious about how innovation really works in practice.

Developed together with RTU senior innovation expert and PhD researcher Kristaps Banga, this module blends cutting‑edge research, real ecosystem experience, and clear, accessible learning.

Across the three courses, you will learn:

• Who participates in them and how they collaborate
• How an organisation’s innovation maturity shapes its ecosystem readiness

By the end of the module, you’ll understand the language of ecosystems and open innovation, and you’ll be ready to think more strategically about collaboration, capabilities, and your own role in these networks.
