This course covers the main aspects of software automation in healthcare. Information on diverse software solutions in healthcare and the impact of digital transformation on organizations’ business processes is explained in the course. This course provides a deeper understanding of process automation, Customer Relationship Management systems, conversational agents, decision support systems, and digital twins in general and in healthcare.

The goal of the course is to raise students’ competence in software automation in healthcare domain across organizational, specialist, and patient levels.
